Refund and Returns Policy

Returning an item and wanting to exchange is straight forward. Try your items in your own home and let us know if you’d like an alternative size or refund.

Send us a request through email: and we will take care of the shipment for your returned product.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer by yourself.

Return shipment costs [exchange product] : Europe 10€, England 35€, Usa 40€, rest of the world 45€.

Return shipment costs [refund product] : Europe 5€, England 25€, Usa 25€, rest of the world 30€.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange or return a product will take at least 5/7 business days.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by sending us your PayPal account or your bank details (Europe only).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
